Shipping details and shop terms

All of my shop items include shipping costs– within the U.S.

If you are located outside the United States, please reach out to me(Wynter) to discuss shipping costs so that I can update the listing(s) you’d like to purchase. The reason for this is that international shipping is expensive and I am not capable of taking those losses right now as I am still starting and growing my business.

If you do not reach out first and make a purchase without contacting me and the address is somewhere outside the U.S., I will reach out to you to discuss details of setting up a custom listing that will cover the shipping costs. If you fail to get back to me within 10 days or are unwilling to cooperate, I will cancel the order and refund you, no items will be shipped to you, and the item will go back up on my site.

 

I accept returns, here are my terms.

Buyers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

You will not be refunded until I have received the item.

If the item returns to me damaged, I will only refund half– in cases where it returns damaged beyond repair, I will not be refunding the buyer. Examples of no-refund-damages would be bad stains, majorly broken parts or scents like smoke.
